Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked salmon or mackerel
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 c. crushed saltines
  • 1/2 c. cream or milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Remove bones from fish and skin.
  2. Flake the fish with a fork.
  3. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. Place the mixture in a loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
