Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups unsifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (27 oz.) jar prepared mincemeat
  • 2 cups (1 lb.) mixed candied fruit

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Grease 6 mini loaf pans and 4 6-inch loaf pans.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the unsifted flour and baking soda.
  4. Add the condensed milk, chopped nuts, slightly beaten eggs, prepared mincemeat, and mixed candied fruit to the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from pans and serving.
