Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup ground pecans
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip
  • 2 large boxes instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, margarine, and ground pecans well.
  2. Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until browned; then cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
  6. Prepare pudding by beating pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk until very thick.
  7. Spread pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  9. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
