- Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
- Prepare pudding by beating pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk until very thick.
- Spread pudding over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
