Easy Man Lasagna
A hearty and cheesy lasagna featuring ricotta, eggs, Parmesan, and noodles, baked to perfection. Perfect for family dinners and gatherings craving comfort food.

- Make your own sauce with or without meat.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, garlic powder, oregano, and pepper. Mix well.
- If your sauce has meatballs, remove about 4 from the sauce.
- Mash the meatballs and mix them into the ricotta mixture.
- Add 1/2 cup of sauce to the ricotta mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Cook the wide egg noodles for 4 minutes, then drain.
- Return the noodles to the pan and add margarine to prevent sticking. Mix well.
- Add 1 cup of sauce to the noodles and stir.
- In a large pan, pour 1 cup of sauce.
- Add the ricotta mixture to the noodles in the pan and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a lasagna pan.
- Spread some sauce on the bottom of the pan and spread evenly.
- Add a little more sauce on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
