Ingredients

  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 1 small can pimento, diced
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Combine drained English peas, drained French green beans, diced green pepper, diced onions, and diced pimento in a bowl.
  2. Mix salad oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, water, and pepper in a separate container until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and marinate for 24 hours before serving.
