Ingredients

  • 24 frozen dinner rolls
  • 3 3/4 oz. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Arrange the frozen dinner rolls in a fluted Bundt pan.
  2. Sprinkle the dry butterscotch pudding mix over the rolls.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans over low heat until the mixture bubbles.
  4. Pour the hot butter mixture over the rolls in the pan.
  5. Cover the pan tightly with foil and let stand on the countertop overnight or for 8 hours.
  6. Next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake the rolls for 30 minutes.
  8. Let the rolls stand for 5 minutes after baking.
  9. Carefully invert the pan onto a serving dish to serve.
