Ingredients

  • 1 lb tri-colored rotelle pasta
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk or cream
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Italian cheese
  • 1 can French fried onion rings
  • 1 package frozen vegetables of your choice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook the tri-colored rotelle pasta until al dente.
  2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add frozen vegetables to the pan and cook until heated through.
  4. Mix milk with the can of cream of chicken soup; stir into the vegetables and cook until combined and heated.
  5. Stir in half of the can of French fried onion rings.
  6. Add white pepper and black pepper to taste.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the vegetable and sauce mixture, toss well, and serve topped with remaining onion rings and grated Italian cheese.
