- Mix milk with the can of cream of chicken soup; stir into the vegetables and cook until combined and heated.
- Stir in half of the can of French fried onion rings.
- Add white pepper and black pepper to taste.
- Combine cooked pasta with the vegetable and sauce mixture, toss well, and serve topped with remaining onion rings and grated Italian cheese.
