Easy Peanut Butter Bars

Creamy peanut butter bars with a crunchy graham cracker crust and a sweet peanut butter topping, perfect for satisfying dessert cravings or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 6 graham crackers
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Cut together powdered sugar and 1 cup peanut butter until well combined.
  2. Crush graham crackers and mix with the sugar and peanut butter mixture.
  3. Melt butter and add to the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Press the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking pan to form a crust.
  5. Melt 1/3 cup peanut butter and baking chips together.
  6. Pour the melted peanut butter and baking chip mixture over the crust.
  7. Refrigerate until set, then cut into squares and serve.
