  7. Place in a greased bowl; turn once to grease the top.
  8. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  9. Punch down the dough; divide into thirds.
  10. Shape each portion into 15 balls and arrange in 3 greased 9-inch round baking pans.
  11. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
  12. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
