Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper and place on a large piece of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the steak.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of water over the steak.
  4. Pour brown gravy mix over the steak and foil.
  5. Roll the edges of the foil tightly to seal.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 1 1/2 hours.
