Ingredients
- 8 oz. ground beef ⓘ
- taco seasoning mix to taste ⓘ
- 1/3 cup water ⓘ
- 10 1/2 oz. can bean dip with jalapenos ⓘ
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded ⓘ
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon green chilies ⓘ
- 1 cup shredded lettuce ⓘ
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped ⓘ
- 8 oz. package tortilla chips ⓘ
- 1/2 cup guacamole ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning mix and water; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Spread bean dip over a large 12 x 14-inch pizza pan.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the bean dip.
- Top with cooked meat and chopped green chilies.
- Bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Arrange shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and tortilla chips around the edge of the nachos.
- Serve topped with guacamole and sour cream.
