- Scrub the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
- Mix the flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper together in a plastic bag.
- Coat the potato wedges completely with the mixture.
- Melt the margarine in a large pan (9 x 13 inches).
- Dip the coated potatoes in the melted margarine and place them in the pan.
- Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
- Turn the potatoes and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Serve with baked beans and fried chicken.
