Crispy, cheesy potato wedges seasoned with garlic salt and Parmesan, baked to perfection. Perfect as a flavorful side dish for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
  2. Mix the flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and pepper together in a plastic bag.
  3. Coat the potato wedges completely with the mixture.
  4. Melt the margarine in a large pan (9 x 13 inches).
  5. Dip the coated potatoes in the melted margarine and place them in the pan.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Turn the potatoes and bake for another 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with baked beans and fried chicken.
