Ingredients

  • 7 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine cooked spaghetti, sliced mushrooms, cooked turkey or chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
