Ingredients

  • 10 oz. chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken or ham
  • 10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion

Instructions

  1. Place broccoli in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes to partially thaw.
  3. Stir in rice, cooked chicken or ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, half the cheese, and onion.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
