Ecstasy Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix ⓘ
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix ⓘ
- 4 eggs ⓘ
- 1/2 c. oil ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream ⓘ
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips ⓘ
- 1 bar German sweet chocolate, grated ⓘ
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. chopped pecans ⓘ
- 1/2 stick butter, melted ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar ⓘ
- 1 small pkg. coconut ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, sour cream and 1/2 cup water in bowl, beating well.
- Stir in chocolate chips, chocolate and half the pecans.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.
