A creamy, cheesy spinach and artichoke dip with Italian flavors, perfect for gatherings or as an appetizer for cheese lovers and vegetable fans alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 jar marinated artichokes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Drain the frozen chopped spinach to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a baking dish, combine the marinated artichokes and Italian dressing.
  3. Layer the drained spinach on top of the artichoke mixture.
  4. Blend the margarine and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Spread the margarine and cream cheese mixture over the spinach layer.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
