Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cauliflower, broccoli and carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Mix all cooked vegetables and mayonnaise together.
  2. Place half of the mixture in an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish.
  3. Top with cheese and margarine.
  4. Layer the remaining vegetables on top.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
