Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced sour pickles
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • paprika
  • 1 head lettuce

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced eggs, diced sour pickles, diced celery, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Gently toss all ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve the egg salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
