Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and dry Italian salad dressing mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in cottage cheese and mix well.
  3. Add flour and baking powder.
  4. Stir in melted margarine and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 35 minutes or until golden.
