Eggs Day Ahead
A hearty make-ahead breakfast casserole combining eggs, sausage, mushrooms, and cheese, perfect for entertaining or weekend brunch with rich flavors and comforting textures.

Instructions
- Scramble eggs with milk and half of the butter.
- Saute mushrooms in the remaining butter.
- Mix mushroom soup and sherry and heat in a small pan.
- Put the scrambled eggs in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage, sautéed mushrooms, and the soup mixture over the eggs.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 250°F (121°C) for 50 minutes uncovered.
