Ingredients

  • lettuce, shredded
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 10 oz. frozen peas, cooked and drained
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Place shredded lettuce in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Add a layer of thinly sliced celery over the lettuce.
  3. Spread chopped onion evenly over the celery.
  4. Add a layer of thinly sliced green pepper.
  5. Spread cooked and drained frozen peas over the green pepper.
  6. Arrange sliced hard-boiled eggs on top of the peas.
  7. Mix mayonnaise with sugar and spread over the eggs.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese over the mayonnaise layer.
