Ingredients

  • 6 boiled sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Cut the boiled sweet potatoes in half or into thick rounds and place them in a baking pan.
  2. Dot with butter or margarine.
  3. Sprinkle with brown sugar that has been well blended with coconut flavoring.
  4. Stir to ensure the coconut flavoring is evenly mixed throughout the brown sugar.
