Ingredients

  • 1 chicken fryer, cut up or chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp salad olives
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 to 8 small potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
  2. Make sure chicken is coated well with the sauce and vegetables.
  3. Bake at 350°F until chicken is cooked through, about 1 hour.
