Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. raw chopped rhubarb

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together; put into a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Make a topping by mixing together 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup nuts and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  3. Add to the top of the batter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
