Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream eggs and sugar together until well combined.
  2. Sift dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon) and add to the creamed mixture, mixing well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while the cake is still warm.
