Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix together in a bowl the sour cream, enchilada sauce, chopped green chilies, and Lipton onion soup mix.
  3. Quarter the flour tortillas.
  4. Layer in a baking dish: start with a quartered tortilla, then add half of the cooked ground beef, half of the sour cream mixture, and a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Repeat the layering once more with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
