Instructions
- Saute garlic juice in bacon drippings.
- Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Prepare bouillon by adding cubes to hot water.
- Add bouillon mixture and all seasonings (chili powder, oregano, cumin, red pepper) to the sauteed flour and bacon drippings.
- Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes.
- If the sauce needs thickening, add small amounts of cornmeal up to 1 tablespoon.
- Add salt to taste.
