Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or sharp)
  • 6 taco shells, crumbled
  • 1 cup taco sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the hamburger.
  2. Mix the cooked hamburger, shredded cheese (reserving a little for topping), crumbled taco shells, and taco sauce in a bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
  4. Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
  5. Let sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
