Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. white fish fillets
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • onion powder
  • 1/2 sleeve Ritz-like crackers
  • 1/3 sq. melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Oil a baking dish and lay serving size pieces of fish on the bottom.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice and onion powder over each piece of fish.
  3. Sprinkle crushed crackers over each piece of fish.
  4. Dribble lemon juice over each piece again.
  5. Sprinkle a little onion powder over each piece again.
  6. Dribble melted butter or margarine over each piece.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for 10 minutes.
  8. Broil the top until golden brown, watching carefully for a couple of minutes.
