Ingredients

  • 5 lb. beef
  • 1 lb. pork
  • 2 1/2 lb. onions, chopped
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 4 oz. catsup
  • 3 oz. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 oz. hot sauce (Texas Pete)
  • dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook slowly for 6 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally if desired.
