Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. powdered milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. ice water
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Mix together the bread, minced onion, pepper, powdered milk, and salt; then add to the ground beef and combine well.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs in margarine in a skillet and then place them in a flat baking dish.
  4. Mix the golden cream of mushroom soup with ice water and pour over the meatballs.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30 to 45 minutes until cooked through.
