- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Generously grease and flour a 9 or 10-inch tube pan.
- Sift together the flour and baking soda; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and slightly beaten eggs.
- Add the sifted flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts and the jar of mincemeat.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tube pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan and serving.
