A creamy, tangy cheese ball laced with pimento, onion, and Worcestershire, finished with crunchy pecans—perfect for parties, game day, or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Dash of red pepper or chili powder
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pecans together in a bowl.
  2. Beat with a hand mixer until well mixed and creamy.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  4. Roll the ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
  5. Serve with crackers or your favorite accompaniments.
  6. Chill the cheese ball in the refrigerator between servings.
