Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 lb beef roast
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • celery

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in a baking pan.
  2. Pour the can of French onion soup over the roast.
  3. Add the can of cream of mushroom soup on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. During the last hour of baking, add potatoes, carrots, and celery to the pan.
