Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 cups cooked yellow squash, mashed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 oz) package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 14 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Instructions
