Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp. gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 large cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the tomato soup.
  2. Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and add to the soup mixture.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool.
  5. Add the chopped celery, green pepper, and onion to the cooled mixture.
  6. Stir in the mayonnaise.
  7. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill for 3 hours.
  8. Serve the salad on lettuce with additional mayonnaise and paprika.
