Fall Apple Dip

A sweet and creamy apple dip with chopped peanuts, perfect for fall gatherings. Fresh apple slices are coated in orange juice and served with a peanut cream dip.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • Golden Delicious apples
  • Red Delicious apples

Instructions

  1. Blend together cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, and chopped salted peanuts until smooth.
  2. Wash and slice the apples thinly.
  3. Dip apple slices in orange juice and drain excess juice.
  4. Arrange the apple slices in concentric circles on a serving plate.
  5. Place the prepared peanut dip in the center in a bowl.
  6. Sprinkle additional chopped peanuts on top of the dip.
  7. Refrigerate before serving.
