Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices Plumrose ham
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts in a large pan with some water until tender.
  2. For enhanced flavor, cook the chicken with an onion, a carrot, and a stalk of celery.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Layer each chicken breast with Swiss cheese and ham.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  6. Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream, then pour over the chicken.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30-40 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
