- Add the diced ham and sauté until warmed through.

- Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove the lid, then turn over the mixture with a spatula, re-cover, and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the cover, season with salt and onion powder.
- Add sliced green onions and mix well.
