Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, torn
  • 1 cup thin sliced radishes
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/3 cup low calorie dressing
  • 2 oz chopped ham
  • 2 oz chopped turkey
  • 2 slices American cheese, diced
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese, diced
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 oz chi chi beans, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, radishes, green onions, and mushrooms in a large bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate thoroughly.
  3. Pour low calorie dressing over the lettuce mixture.
  4. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Top with chopped ham, chopped turkey, diced American cheese, diced Swiss cheese, chopped tomatoes, and drained chi chi beans.
  6. Add more dressing if desired (up to 1/4 cup).
  7. Serve.
