Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. banana cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant banana cream pudding
  • 2 to 3 mashed bananas
  • 4 lightly beaten eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the banana cake mix, instant banana cream pudding, mashed bananas, lightly beaten eggs, baking powder, warm water, and chopped nuts.
  3. Mix well by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, checking for doneness around that time.
