Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and tilt to cover the bottom with oil.
  3. Add remaining ingredients into the pan and stir with a fork until blended.
  4. Scrape sides of the pan and spread the batter evenly.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
