- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal ⓘ
- 1 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter or 1/2 avocado ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons honey ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional) ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) ⓘ
- 4 ice cubes ⓘ
