  • 1.5 cups red wine
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1/2 can (6 oz.) beer
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce

  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into jars to store.
  4. This can stay in the refrigerator for several weeks or be frozen.
