Ingredients

  • boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • crumbled Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Thaw chicken breasts.
  2. Soak chicken breasts in lemon juice.
  3. Roll chicken in flour and oregano.
  4. Saute in olive oil or bake at 375°F until cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle with crumbled Feta cheese.
  6. Broil until warmed through and golden.
