Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 package (12 to 16 ounces) fettuccini

Instructions

  1. Sauté green onions and mushrooms in margarine.
  2. Crumble softened cream cheese over the vegetables.
  3. Cook with Parmesan cheese and milk until the cream cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  4. Pour the sauce over cooked fettuccini or serve separately.
