Ingredients

  • 8 oz. dried fettucine
  • boiling salt water
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sliced green onions (including tops)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in water until al dente; drain.
