Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 3 cups yellow squash, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 2 cups potatoes, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons margarine

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
