Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cucumber (unpeeled)
  • 1 pound trio noodles

Instructions

  1. Blend vinegar, sugar, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, prepared mustard, onion, and cucumber in a blender until liquid.
  2. Cook trio noodles in salted boiling water until al dente.
  3. Rinse noodles with cold water to cool.
  4. Pour the blended liquid over the cooked noodles.
  5. Refrigerate and let the salad marinate for 1 hour or more before serving.
