Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely diced apples
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. fresh crumbled bread
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. hot water
  • 4 rib or loin pork chops

Instructions

  1. Mix finely diced apples, raisins, fresh crumbled bread, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Cook minced onion in butter until tender.
  3. Add cooked onion to the apple mixture and combine.
  4. Sprinkle with hot water and mix well.
  5. Stuff pork chops with the filling and cook as desired.
